Whatever your age, gender, body shape, fitness level or yoga experience you are welcome to my yoga classes where you can relax, get stronger, feel more mentally balanced and overall feel so much better in yourself.
Because we live in a distracted and over-stimulated world, life can feel overwhelmingly busy and pressured. Through practicing yoga in a supportive and welcoming class, you can find some much-needed time for you to re-connect and calm all the way down to feeling good again.
In my classes you will move, strengthen and stretch your whole body in a dynamic way, using safe, mindful alignment, with each posture intentionally linked to the next.
I will encourage you to use your breath in a specific way, which helps you connect mind and body which brings about mental wellbeing.
Sometimes we ‘flow’ through postures and sometimes we hold postures longer.
This combination is a powerful guide towards physical and mental relaxation, to help you let-go of mental chatter and create space and ease in your body and mind.
We always end the class with several minutes of relaxation, known in yoga as Savasana.
About my experience
I have been teaching group classes, private classes and yoga events since 2015 and have completed 450 hours of teacher-training.
My first 200hr training was with Yoga London, an ashtanga vinyasa programme.
My second 200hr training was with L.A’s Jeanne Heileman.
I’ve completed a 50 hour vinyasa flow training with London’s Mimi Duo-Keemer.
I’m currently taking an additional 250 hour training with Bristol’s Sarah Harlow and Christopher Gladwell.
Plus I’ve attended lots of workshops with some of London’s leading teachers.
I’m a Yoga Alliance Professional and fully insured to teach.
It’s natural to have questions or concerns before trying a class.
