About my classes
You are welcome to my yoga classes. Your age, gender, body shape, fitness level or yoga experience does not matter.
My classes will help you improve your strength and flexibility, and help you feel relaxed. Giving you a way to find better mental and physical wellbeing.
We live in a fast, distracted and over-stimulated world and coming to yoga classes can give you much-needed peace and wellbeing.
In my classes you will move, strengthen and stretch your whole body in a dynamic way, using safe, mindful alignment, with each posture intentionally linked to the next.
I will encourage you to use your breath in a particular way to help you connect mind and body which brings about mental wellbeing.
Sometimes we ‘flow’ through postures and sometimes we hold postures longer.
This combination is a powerful guide towards physical and mental relaxation, to help you let-go of mental chatter and create space and ease in your body and mind.
We always end the class with several minutes of relaxation, known in yoga as Savasana.
