My yoga classes help you relax, get strong, and feel healthy mentally and physically. So important in this challenging time we’re all adjusting to.
Every week I offer you 6 live-streamed yoga classes. These are interactive which means we can see each other (if you want me to). Please check the schedule to choose the best class for you.
- Classes can be booked up to 2 hours before start time. If you want to join at the last minute (within less than 2 hours before class) please contact me to see if there’s a space.
- To book your class now scroll down and click the sign-up button below. You can pay as you go or buy an unlimited class subscription which works out cheaper.
Classes take place on Zoom, which is free to download as an app, or use on your internet browser. Instructions on how to sign-up to Zoom classes are emailed to you when you book.
When you join the class, you can choose if you want me to see you, so its two-way. The benefit of this is, I can help you out, offer modifications and it’s a more connecting experience. Especially in this time of ‘social distancing’ measures. Or you can choose to switch it to one-way only.
The nice thing about these Zoom classes is, you can chat with me, and each other, before and after class, if you like.
For March 2020, class prices are:
- 60 min and 75 min – £5
- 40 min – £3
From April 2020 class prices are:
- 50 min – £6 pay when you book
- 60 min – £7 pay when you book
- 75 min – £8 pay when you book

For people suddenly on a low income due to the coronavirus situation:

For in-person group class students currently on a class pack or subscription, or due to attend an event:
If you’ve been coming to my group classes and have a subscription or class pack, you can use-up your class credit and then switch to the above options. Let me know if you’d like a refund if you don’t want credit.
If you were due to attend Slowdown Sunday you can use this as credit to pay for classes, transfer to a future event, or I will refund you.
Here’s a brief explanation of class levels:
Beginners = When you’re completely new to yoga and want to learn the foundations. Or you enjoy a slow pace.
Level 1 = For experienced beginners. These classes are dynamic at a level 1 pace.
Level 1-2 = Experienced beginners and intermediate. These classes are dynamic. As this is mixed-level I will offer options for postures.
Level 2 = Intermediate. These classes are dynamic. Not suitable for beginners. Please only join this class if you have plenty of yoga experience.
Gentle = Includes Pranayama, Meditation and Asana. Open to all levels of experience. For when you’re seeking a relaxing, deeper experience of the subtle practices, as well as restorative and gentler postures. Bring props such as blanket, cushions, bolster. You can buy these here.
