Give yourself the time and space for a nourishing and rejuvenating yoga experience to boost your feeling of wellbeing
Slowdown Sundays are mini-retreats, held approximately once a month in a cosy, heated yurt on a farm in Bisley, Surrey.
You’ll experience 2½ hours of a well-rounded Hatha yoga practice: asana (the physical postures), a long savasana (laying-down, guided relaxation) and an introduction to pranayama (breathing techniques) and an introduction to meditation.
These events are suitable for all levels of experience.
My aim is to give you time out from your usual weekend activities and guide you through a deeper experience of yoga practice. Join me for a Slowdown Sunday to:
– learn more about yoga
– have a longer and deeper experience than in a regular class
– practice yoga in a cosy and peaceful nature setting, surrounded by fields and the occasional sound of horses neighing
– be with like-minded yoga friends
– move your body mindfully, breathe deeply, rest fully
